At 21, I stood on a handball court with a swollen knee, fueled by painkillers and desperate ambition. One week from the World Championships. The dream I had lived for since I was 10.
I jumped. I landed. My knee ligament tore. So did the dream.
In that moment of real pain, I learned something that took years to fully understand: everything can change in a heartbeat, and who you become after that moment is entirely your choice.
The decade that followed was one long rebuild. A philosophy degree. Corporate roles across Amazon, Expedia, Hilton. Three countries, three industries, three languages. New culture, new identity, each time from scratch. Always performing, always searching for something that fit deeper than a stable job or a good salary.
At 33, a headhunter offered me three times my salary to move to Amsterdam. I turned it down from a train and never looked back. Went all in on coaching with two months of savings. COVID hit three months later. No safety net, just a decision already made and a deep belief I'd find the way.
I found the way.
I've watched too many capable people waste their potential inside a comfort they mistake for safety. That's what drives this work: I can't stand watching someone with real capability settle for a life smaller than what they're actually capable of.
What I know after 7 years, 200+ clients, and 2,000+ consultations is this: the gap between where you are and where you know you could be is never about talent. It lives in how you see yourself, what you tolerate, and the state you show up in every day. All three are changeable.
I work with founders and service providers whose income depends directly on their own performance. People who've built something real, who know there's more inside them than their results currently show, and who are done watching their own potential go to waste.
The mix I bring to this isn't typical. A pro athlete's relationship with performance under pressure. A philosophy degree that won't let me settle for surface-level answers. Five countries lived and worked in, each one rebuilding who I was from scratch. I don't believe performance and fulfillment are two separate pursuits you balance against each other. One without the other isn't a full life, and I coach for both at once.
I show up fully for the people I work with. I believe in them when they struggle to believe in themselves. I see what they can't see from inside their own situation. I hold them to a higher standard than they hold themselves, and I bring everything I have into every partnership.
When you're in, I'm fully in. Maximum 10 client partnerships at a time.
